North Farm - Primary Horse Farm Located near Solon, Iowa, on the North shore of Lake MacBride about a quarter of a mile from the lake and right across from the Lake MacBride Golf Course.  Medicine River North is the current location for all horse activities and provides excellent recreational opportunities for visitors.

Medicine River North features an early 1890's barn, 4-stall horse barn, covered round arena, and shop and apartment.  The 26-acre farm is divided into several small pastures with run-in sheds and a main pasture that is used for hay production.

South Farm - Promise City In early 2008, the Wehrheim's acquired a 30 acre property near Promise City, Iowa.  The farm consists of a home, shop, lean-to, and approximately 25 acres of hay ground.  Located near Lake Rathbun this will be an ideal location to create a future training and breeding farm for the horses.

South Farm - Warsaw Located near the old town of Warsaw in extreme south central Iowa.  This town was near the Morman Trail.  The 160 acre farm is primarily used as a tree farm and nature area containing native prairie, switch grass plantings, nature and horse trails, and over 20,000 new trees planted.  Two-thirds of the property is in CRP and the other third is used for hay ground.  It is a great place to go for a trail ride and get away from the modern world.
